Civil & criminal law

Being charged with a crime is one of the most difficult situations in life  Whether its domestic violence, fraud, traffic accidents, drugs and drink driving offences, grievous bodily harm or assault. We at AMARMAT CONSULTING BUREAU can help.

Community Admin

Communities of property owners and buildings are exposed every day to multiple risks which require the availability of urgent and necessary services. It is therefore important to take out insurance, called in Spanish “seguro de comunidad” for the peace of mind of all property owners.

Driving in Spain

When you buy a second-hand car in Spain, be prepared that the process of changing the car ownership details is probably quite different to the one you’re familiar with.

Employment

No matter what you do, if you provide any kind of service (like IT work, English classes or speaking at conferences), you need to register as an autonomo.

Property Law

An Energy Certificate is required when selling or letting your property in Spain. If the property or building is a new build, then responsibility lies with the developer.

Taxation

Any non-resident owning property in Spain is required to file a Non-Residents Income Tax form with the Spanish Tax Office before the 31st of December each year, this tax is paid in arrears.

Wills & Inheritance

We always advise our clients who own property in Spain to have a Spanish Will so that they can ensure that everything is organized and controlled by the time of their death and ensure the inheritance process goes smoothly.
